It's possible the application cache file is damaged. When this happens, page don't load properly on your app. Let's clear the app's cache files to refresh it and resolve the issue.
1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
2. Select the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.
If the same thing happens, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.

You can also access your QBO account through a web browser while waiting for the installation to complete.
