Find missing license or product number

That version is too old I am afraid to download from intuit. You may be stuck buying new. Even if you had a disc you would be unable to update the installed software and your most recent company file would not open in an non up to date program

If you just need the numbers hit F2 or log in to your account at camps.intuit.com

My boss has yet to receive her CD even though she was supposed to days ago. Therefore, I cannot access her QB information and I need access ASAP. I was wondering if there was a place I could retrieve the license and product number without the CD.

How did she purchase it? Directly to Intuit or else? If she purchased a download version, the license information would be sent by email.
