Get a call back from QuickBooks

To get a callback, you have to log in first to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'll show you the steps below.

Here's how:

1. Log in your credentials in QBO, and click on the Help button.
2. Click on the Contact Us button and input your concern on the box.
3. Select Let's talk button.
4. Choose Get a callback button, and fill out the details for your callback information.
5. Hit Confirm my callback.

Also, while waiting for the callback, you might wanted to check on the FAQs in QBO.

I have desktop Quickbooks 2019.  There is NO contact intuit under the HELP tab.  I see there are other people having problems with Quickbooks not having a contact option.  This is crazy.

I don't have Quick books on-line.

When some options are missing in the Help tab, it's possible that your QuickBooks Desktop is not updated to the latest release. 

Let's make sure the program is updated by following the steps in this article: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

If you still don't see the other contact options, you can visit our website by clicking on this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact. Before doing so, please check out our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, follow these steps:

1. In the Which QuickBooks do you need help with? window, select QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Click the Continue as a guest button.
3. Choose your QuickBooks Desktop version under the Select your QuickBooks Desktop version window.
4. Select any topic, and you'll see the contact options under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert about.
