Goflex Home NAS drive to store QB files

What actusl download speed does your ISP provide? It may be a bandwidth latency issue.

I also am not familiar with GoFlex so cannot comment on whether it is a true dynamic cloud

You may have to pay for a different dynamic cloud solution, such as Azure from Microsoft

My speed is .08MB so speed isnt the issue. i have a feeling that the issue could the speed of the external drive, when i work in QB there's no issue at all, it's when the file is loading up that's the part that takes a long time

We have not received any reports from other users having issues about using the Goflex Home NAS drive. Since they're a 3rd party software, I suggest contacting their customer service hotline. They're more knowledgeable in setting up and using their software. And can provide more information about syncing issues using their application.

the issue is not the external drive, it just takes a long time to load QB file, once the file is open it works perferctly fine
