Re: Going to Employees, got a message: We're sorry!

Thanks for dropping by the Community, @bzhou.

I’m here to make sure this error gets taken care of.

It’s possible that local internet files are the reason behind this. Sometimes the cache stores up in your system and causes issues in your web pages like errors inside your QuickBooks.

Clearing out the cache on a regular basis can help avoid getting this kind of messages. Let’s start switching to a different browser or using a private window when logging in to QuickBooks to fix the problem.

Here’s how:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)

When the program is not performing as it should and a private browsing session works, you need to clear your browser’s cache. Take note of your saved passwords and URLs and here's an article with the steps on how to perform clear cache: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser

That should do it. Let me know if this works out for you, I’m more than happy to help. Have a great day ahead!
