QuickBooks Mac Desktop 2016 is upgraded to run on macOS Sierra. Make sure your QuickBooks is updated. To update QuickBooks:

  1. Go to QuickBooks.
  2. Select Check for QuickBooks Updates and follow the on-screen prompts to install.

QuickBooks Mac Desktop 2016 is upgraded to run on macOS Sierra. Make sure your QuickBooks is updated. To update QuickBooks:

We are seeing crashes from users with the Sierra OS.  We are trying to find reproducible cases so that we can fix them.  One issue we've seen is with marking invoice items as taxable and/or untamable.  If you have a specific series of steps that lead to a crash it would be a big help.

I have all the updates, too, and my QB crashes constantly when I'm in the check writing mode.  Especially when I enter the job number (we assigned) into the Customer:Job section.  It has rendered QB useless!
