Has anyone experienced this issue - my checks are printing fine, but the detachable Payment Record is blank with no memo or chart of accounts information?

Thank you for the screenshot, @scott44.

 

Let me help figure out what happened when printing your check.

 

The type of check selected may be Standard instead of Voucher. You can verify this by going to the Print checks setup page. I've attached a screenshot for the sample.

 

 

 

However, if this option is already selected and you keep having blank info on the payment record portion, I'd suggest reaching out to our Online Support. They can isolate this further by using their helpful tools.

 

You can always get back to me on how it goes. If you have other questions about your voucher check, do let me know. I'm here to help however I can.

I'd like to ask for more details so I can provide an accurate resolution, scott44.

 

What do you mean by detachable Payment Record?  Is it a check that you use to pay a bill or just a regular check? 

 

Also, I'd like to know when this behavior started. Any additional information is a big help to fix this. I'd also encourage you to attach a screenshot for reference.

 

I'm looking forward for your reply. I'll keep an eye to this post.

Thanks for the reply.  We use the official Intuit checks - see attached pic.  The top portion - the actual check - prints fine.  But the detachable bottom Payment Record that we keep in our files, is not printing.  It would typically include the Memo and Chart of Accounts information and dollar amounts.

Thanks for the links - although I don't believe that either one applies to problem that I am having.  I have attached an image of the blank checks I use.  They are from QB/Intuit and I have been using them for quite some time.  Yesterday is when the problem began.  The top portion of the check (the actually check) prints fine and all the text/numbers align.  The bottom 2/3rds is the payment record. Nothing is printing in this area.
