Has anyone had issues with QuickBooks and TSheets integration?

The saga continues, it seems that QuickBooks attempted to fix the integration issues. What they accomplished is that all of my former and inactive employees were moved to active. When I try to fix it I get a "failed to save status. Please try later. I tried later a few times and still will not work. Has anyone successfully done the integration?

Has anyone had issues with QuickBooks and TSheets integration?

Hi there, @teri7.

We don't have an ongoing issue with QuickBooks and TSheets integration. Since you're not able to change the status, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed and get you back to working order.

There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing websites to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private or a different browser.

To use a private browser, here's how:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, go back and try to edit the employee's status again to double-check. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Add, edit, or inactivate an employee.

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

If they get the same result, I suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can investigate this matter further and create an investigation ticket if other users experiencing the same.

You might want to check out this article to learn more about using TSheets: Using TSheets.
