Can you tell us what message you're getting in the dialog box? If you're in the Help menu, let's end or close QuickBooks from your Task Manger. Here's how:
Once done, re-open QuickBooks and check if you're no longer getting the dialog box.
If you're not in the Help menu and is getting a dialog box pop-up for products and services, follow these steps on how you can turn them off:
Once done, go back to your Home page and continue working in your company file to check if the dialog box is no longer showing up.
