Having problem getting updated credit card to show up in desktop

Before going into, I want to ask if you're receiving an error message when attempting to update your credit card information? 

 

To update your QuickBooks Desktop payment info, here's how:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Find your subscription in the Product & Services list. 
  3. Select Details, and in the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then choose Edit
  4. Update your info.
  5. Click on Save and Close
