Thanks for taking the time to visit the Community. I want to make sure you're able to access the menu in your QuickBooks Online account.
To make sure this isn't an issue with the browser, I recommend clearing the cache first. Every so often, the cache can become full of older stored data, which can potentially cause viewing and performance errors within the system. Clearing it will get everything up and running as it should be. For example, if you're using Chrome, here's how to get this done:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select History, then History once more.
3. Choose Clear browsing data.
4. Change the Time Range to All Time.
