Welcome back to the Online Community, @mcovell.
I appreciate sharing what happened with our QBO Care Team. Aside from enhancing the product’s features, we do the same thing with our line of support.
Your voice is important because it guides us on what areas we need to improve (product and support).

If you have any clarifications or questions, post them in the Comment box. Please know the Community has your back, and I’m always here ready to assist further.
