Hi, can i upgrade my free trial?

I'd be delighted to share the steps so you'll be able to upgrade your account.


Yes, we will be able to upgrade QuickBooks Online (QBO) account from a free trial. Here's how:


  1. Log in to your free trial account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Accounts and Settings under Your Company.
  4. Select Billing & Subscription at the left pane.
  5. Click on the Upgrade link beside the QuickBooks version. If you don't see it, you’re already using the plan with the most features.
  6. Choose the plan you want, and select Upgrade.
  7. Confirm your payment information and select Save.

Please ensure to have the updated credit card information for your QBO subscription.

Hi, can i upgrade my free trial?

I had 7 days left on my free trial, but got the message to upgrade. I did and was charged immediately. I had assumed that my $10 monthly charge would NOT begin until my free trial had ended. Please advise.

You can check the next charge date through the Account and Settings. I'd be glad to show you how to do it:

  1. Go to the gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. From the QuickBooks section, you can see Next Charge date.
  5. Click Done.
