Hi! We are suffering syncing errors with Silicon Valley VCN system and also with Expensify. Is there some bigger maintenance taken place in Quicbooks?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, TVEE.

 

We haven't received reports about syncing issues with Silicon Valley and Expensify. I'd recommend contacting them (Silicon Valley and Expensify's support) to verify if they have an ongoing maintenance. 

 

If they have an ongoing website maintenance, we can try updating the Banking page manually after that.

  1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.
  2. Enter the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
  3. Select Continue update.

Otherwise, you can contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Team to further investigate this.

 

Any information such as error messages and screenshots would be much appreciated, too.This will give us a clearer view of what is happening. Thank you in advance!

Expensify started working, but I was still unable to reset Silicon Valley VCN system (error message attached). Regards, Tiia

I reviewed our our system about this error when accessing the Banking page, and discovered that there are reported issues related to this. Though, our engineers are already aware and working to fix this.

 

I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team to add your profile to the list of affected users. They'll provide updates of when this error will be fixed.

 

I'd appreciate your patience as our engineers work to resolve this.
