Thank you for posting here in the Community. I want to make sure the Intuit apps will work on your end. 

 

To resolve the problem, let's perform a few troubleshooting steps. To begin, access your account using an incognito or a private browser. These browsers won't save any internet files. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)

Once logged in, go back to the apps.intuit.com and check if you can successfully use the app. If the private browse works, I suggest clearing the cache on your regular browser. Clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies can protect your privacy. Using another browser is a good alternative too.

Hi, 

 

I will give a try, but I am doubtful. 

 

We did try in different machines where QuickBooks was never connected. 

We are able to Post data into QuickBOoks but not able to get QuickBooks Transaction ID back as response. 

Example: When I post an Invoice to QuickBooks, we get QBInvoiceID and store in our DB. This trasnactionID is stored for future usage and avoid Posting same Invoice again. 

 

This happens only with this account, other QuickBooks accounts (Licensee) are working fine. 

We are getting an error message as 
Validation Exception was thrown.Details:Business Validation Error: An unexpected error occurred while accessing or saving your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again.  If the problem persists, contact customer support

 

Also, in this QuickBooks account, I do not see 'Sample Company'. As a result, we could use Sandbox testing also. 

 

I am happy to provide more details and ready to do a Web meeting as well if you are fine with it.

I see how easy your work using this App with your QuickBooks Online account, @pineridgetoursll.

 

Since you have an error while working with this application, I suggest reaching out to their support team. 

 

Go to the QuickBooks Apps tab and find the App name. You'll see support options under Contact and Support, and you can send them a screenshot if you feel it will be helpful.
