How can I integrate my Apple Card so the transactions appear in QBSE?

Hello there, eduardo-lecomte.

Currently, integrating Apple Card to QuickBooks Self-employed in unavailable. You may want to contact Apple card support, and let's see if we can use the CSV file for the transactions. It is a way to bring the transactions in your book.

Know that you can always post your concerns in the Community. I'll be around to help. Take care!

How can I integrate my Apple Card so the transactions appear in QBSE?

Will that integration be implemented? If so when?

Apple Card will be my main payment tool now because it's so convenient but without a convenient integration, QBSE will become obsolete for me.

Thanks,

Eduardo

How can I integrate my Apple Card so the transactions appear in QBSE?

Hi eduardo-lecomte,

We'll still look into the compatibility requirements before we implement it. We don't have specific time-frame as to when it'll be implemented and integrated into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

In the meantime, we can use the workaround given by my colleague which is to manually import a CSV file format of our transactions. Once we have it, here's how to import them:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Imports.
  2. At the bottom, click the import transactions link.
  3. Select Browse and open the CSV file.
  4. Match the column names and then click Continue
  5. Click OK once we've successfully imported them.

Once done, we can now categorize the transactions
