Once done, locate the deleted transaction. Then, click View from the Action column as seen in the screenshot below. From there, you'll be able to re-create the refund receipt.
Additionally, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report. This lets you view all your transactions per customer within a specific period, such as your refund receipt. Just go to Reports from the left menu. Then, enter the report name in the Search box.
