How do I avoid getting errors when importing customers?

A quick way to move your customer contact information into QuickBooks Online is to import them using a spreadsheet. Additionally, users will sometimes encounter errors due to cache issues with their browser. Cache is stored for increased loading performance, but too much can accumulate and bog down processes.
