How do I back up company file from online instead of export only data (which is to big apparently)

We have integrated third-party applications that have an online backup service. However, the subscription price will be separated from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. Let me show you the steps on where to find an app.

Here’s how:

1. Log in your credentials in your QBO account.
2. Go through the Hamburger icon, and click on Apps on the left pane.
3. Type in “Backup” on the search box.
4. There will be a list of applications for you to choose from.
5. Click the Get app now tab, on the app that you decided to subscribe to.
6. Fill out the required information and confirm.

Thank you all for the help! I’ve ended up going back to Quickbooks Pro desktop. Never did figure out how to fix the “convert” error I was having. But just Re-entered all my transaction from the audit log. Good to be home again with Desktop. Thanks again all 🎅
