How do I get past error message after logging in to QBO?

Hi everyone, after logging in to QBO Simple Start I get a popup asking for my company name and duration in business. I do so and an error message popups up saying, "We're sorry. Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a few minutes."

I have tried logging in using an incognito browser and clearing cache and cookies but to no avail.

I have also contacted QBO support and have been told that there has been multiple reports from users with the same problem as mine, and that the software team would make sure that I could use QBO again in a few days. It is almost a week now and I am still unable to use QBO, does anyone have any updates on what is going on?
