Re: How do I print a physical Purchase Order which I have created in QBO?

Hello @norman-rathfelde,

Let me guide you on how to print your purchase order.

  1. Open the Purchase Order created or create a new one.
  2. On the bottom of the page, click on Print.
  3. On the Print Preview page, click on Print.

Also, before printing, I recommend checking your master form style. This way, you can see how your purchase order would look like and have the chance to edit it if you want to.

Feel free to read this article on what other forms you can print: How to Print Sales Forms?

When I print out a PO, the unit price/rate does not print on the PO. Only the extended price. Why?

I can help you show the rate in your PO, Tom2400.

Let's edit the content of the standard form to allow the rate shows when printing the form. I'll show you how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Style under Your Company.
  3. Look for the Standard form, then click the Edit button under Action.
  4. Select the Content section.
  5. Click the middle of the form and put a check for the Rate.
  6. Click Done.

You can take a look at the screenshot below:
