How do i print a simple check register

I've got your back, @rgbeath.

The instructions below will help you print a simple check register like a pro:

Printing any account register

  1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Accounting tab and the Chart of Accounts section.
  2. Next to the register you'd like to print, select View Register.
  3. Sort or filter the list however you need. Click the Printer icon in the top-right of the register.
  4. Follow your browser's on screen instructions to verify and print the list.

I'm including a brief video demonstration in which I open a register and begin the printing process:

These steps enable you to print just about anything you can imagine in QuickBooks Online, just search for the printer icon near the top-right of any list, report, or register. We also offer a guide on register printing for additional information. Please keep in touch with me here should you have any additional questions or concerns, I'm always up to talk QuickBooks. Thanks for coming to the Community, wishing you a wonderful week ahead.
