How do I resolve this error message when changing account type? "Feature reserved for online banking" - but this is not the case. Known code error, has it been resolved?
Trying to change an account (type: Expense: Other Misc Service Cost), into a COGS account. I get a failure error stating that the account is reserved for an online banking feature so I can't change the account type. I see on some forums that this was an error back in 2016. Why hasn't it been resolved? Can a customer rep fix it for me? Is there a workaround? Thanks
