How do I see the bank account I have connected to my quick books? I keep receiving a error code even after update. How do I fix this?

Hello m'heels-scott,

 

You can see the connected bank accounts through the Banking page.

May I know what error message or code you received when updating the account? What is the name of your financial institution? This will help us know what exact troubleshooting steps we can do to fix it. We can also use it to review our system for any ongoing investigations.

 

Though common banking errors are fixed by doing manual update, we can do additional troubleshooting steps.

 

Cache helps background processes, but too much of it can also contribute to program issues. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related problems:

  1. Open a private browser and update the Banking page manually again. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. Use other supported browsers if necessary. Each of them uses different cache-sets.

If your bank offers a WebConnect file, it can be a good alternative in bringing your banking transactions in to QuickBooks Online. You just need to import it.
