I'm happy to see you, miller.

I can show you how you can align preprinted checks.

To set up the alignment before printing preprinted checks, you'll need to go to the Payroll Settings to adjust it. You can follow the detailed steps found in this article:

Align preprinted checks for your printer.

For best results, use checks specifically designed for QuickBooks Online. You can get them through this link:

https://intuitmarket.intuit.com/checks?track=54930&src=QBOHPAYROLLPRINT14.

This will help you set up QuickBooks Online to print preprinted checks. Just leave a comment below if you have any questions about the process. I'll be around to help.

Try This

From the left menu, select Expenses.  Choose Print Checks.

At the bottom of the page, select Print setup.

Select the type of checks you have: voucher or standard. ...Load blank paper into your printer. ..

Select View preview and print sample, then choose the Print icon.
