First things first, there are a few prerequisites to go over before starting the conversion. Some of these include:
- The transfer has to be done through Internet Explorer.
- QuickBooks Online isn't compatible with the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. Make sure you have the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer instead.
- You'll need to be logged in as an Admin user on both QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
