How do I view darker print text?

Hey there, @drovnanik.

It would be my pleasure to help you get that darker print text visible. Can you fill me in on which version of QuickBooks you're using (Desktop or Online) and what you mean by darker print text? The availability of printing options varies based on the version you're using. Any additional information you can provide me will help to ensure a timely solution.

I look forward to serving you to the best of my ability. Thanks for coming to the Community, I'll keep an eye out for your response.

How do I view darker print text?

Hi there, Jvc3.

We can customize the template of your sales forms to make the text appear darker when printing it. We'll just have to select the appropriate font and color. This way, the text would appear more visible. I'll guide you how:

  1. Select Lists from the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Templates.
  3. Locate then select the appropriate template to open it.
  4. Click the Change Font button.
  5. Select the desired Font and Font Style.
  6. Make sure to select Black as the color.
  7. Click OK, then select OK again to save the changes.

We'll also have to make sure that you're printer is properly configured to ensure there will no problem with the text when printing the form. I highly recommend consulting your IT support or printer provider to be guided in configuring it.

Check out this article that will guide you in customizing form templates in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you're creating multiple forms in QuickBooks Desktop, we can quickly print them all at once using the Batch Print feature.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or further questions about sales forms. Stay safe and healthy.
