How do we fix error loading transaction?

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this sorted out, kieuvong.

What specific transactions are you trying to create? It's possible the browser's cache data is full or damaged causing the transactions not to load properly. To better isolate if this is a browser issue or not, let's access QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window.

Here's how:

  • Google ChromeCtrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla FirefoxCtrl + Shift + P
  • Internet ExplorerCtrl + Shift + P
  • SafariCommand + Shift + N

If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the browser's cache to delete the temporary Internet files. You can also use a supported, up-to-date browser.

If the same thing happens, try clearing Intuit-specific cookies to fresh website preferences. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Then, go to Step 2: Clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser section.
