Let's update adobe reader to the latest version to fix this unexpected behavior. If you get the same result, you'll need to repair your Adobe installation.
1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows. 2. Click the Start button at the bottom left of your screen. 3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter. 4. Choose Programs and Features. 5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall or Change. 6. Select Next in the setup dialog box. 7. Select Repair, then Next. 8. Click Install. 9. Select Finish when the process is complete.
Once done, you can now restart your computer and Log in to QuickBooks Online, then try to print.
