Re: How do you align checks to print when adobe reader does not work?

Hi there, erinc1.

Thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community.

Let's update adobe reader to the latest version to fix this unexpected behavior. If you get the same result, you'll need to repair your Adobe installation.

Here's how:

1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
2. Click the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
4. Choose Programs and Features.
5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall or Change.
6. Select Next in the setup dialog box.
7. Select Repair, then Next.
8. Click Install.
9. Select Finish when the process is complete.

Once done, you can now restart your computer and Log in to QuickBooks Online, then try to print.

You can check this article for some solutions if you're unable to print, or the printed sample doesn't align with the blank check: Align how your checks print.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks.
