How do you delete or void a paycheck and reprint check? Followed "Help" got to paycheck list, but the only choice was to print. Where is the choice to delete or void?

Hello there, @ebodle.

 

Printing a paycheck in QuickBooks Online is easy. Simply go to the Paycheck List under the Employees tab and select the one you wish to print.

Deleting or voiding on the other hand, is only available if the payroll transaction is created within the current quarter. I recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team for assistance in performing the task. 

 

They have tools capable of pulling up your account in a secure environment, which we are unable to do in this public forum to help delete or void the paychecks for you. 

 

Here's how to contact support:

  1. Log in to QBO and go to the Help menu.
  2. Click the Contact Us link.
  3. In How can we help? window, enter contact support in the field box.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback.

Since taxes are already paid for that paycheck, they will make some corrections in order to maintain accuracy in your payroll data.
