How to fix: We couldn’t update your transactions There was a problem connecting to your bank. Try again later. (105)

Good afternoon, @nachma88c.

I'm happy to help you with your bank connection.

Banking error 102 or 105 means QuickBooks Online is unable to connect to your bank's website. These errors usually fix themselves within 24 hours.

To resolve errors 102 and 105:

  1. Select Banking.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

If you are still can't establish a connection, I suggest clearing your cache and cookies to give your browser a fresh start and try again.

By clearing the cache and cookies, you are telling your computer to forget all previous activity, settings, and information. It is the internet equivalent of "turning it off and back on again."

If you still see this error after 72 hours, please contact us.

Here's how:  QuickBooks Online Support.

If you have any other questions, I'm only a reply away. Have a great week!

That did not work.  I finally deleted the bank. I added the bank again and it updated with no problem.
