How to reprint a pay stub

I've got your back, @rox1.

 

Check out the steps below to reprint those pay stubs:

 

View and print items from the Paycheck List

  1. Navigate to the Workers tab > Employees section.
  2. Under Run Payroll, click View Paycheck List.
  3. Check off each Pay stub you need to reprint and select Print.

How to reprint a pay stub

Hello, uu.

 

If you’re using the desktop version of QuickBooks, you can follow the steps below to print pay stubs.

  1. Go to File at the very top.
  2. Select Print Forms from the drop down option.
  3. Choose Pay Stubs.
  4. Set the date range and checked the paystubs you’d like to print.
  5. Click Print at the bottom.
