I've been trying to update to QB Desktop for Mac for past hour. I have 3 separate Intuit accounts I have to navigate. One site has my profile but no way to update or purchase the product. I'm not even sure how I got here as there is no quickbooks.intuit account in my 1password vault. All I want to do is purchase the 2021 version. I got as far as entering my credit card and that was it. No email confirmation, no download link, nothing. Drive me nuts dealing with Intuit. Hate it with a passion.
Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.
If you can't sign in, select I forgot my user ID or password at the bottom of the CAMPs sign-in page. If that doesn’t help, go back to camps.intuit.com and choose Claim Account.
Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
Hit Details. In the Billing Information, check if your credit card information was change. If not, tick Edit and update.
After verifying your payment method, see if your product upgrade, transactions, and charges by going to the View your transaction history section. This is where you can check if the purchase did go through.
