Hi there, Jjjg58.
You'll need to export your miles from the MileIQ account and import them into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Let me show you how.
Download a copy of your trips in CSV file from MileIQ and make sure that the Vehicle info tab under Miles page is completely filled out. Then, follow these steps to import into QBSE:
- Go to Miles.
- Select Import MileIQ trips in the Add trip drop down.
- Click on Browse and locate the file.
- Choose Open.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
For further assistance in mapping and formatting the CSV file, our QBSE Support Team would be happy to assist you.
Here's how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QBSE account.
- Click on Contact us.
- Enter your concern and choose Continue.
- Select Start a chat.
If you want QBSE to automatically track your mileage, refer to this article: Automatic mileage tracking in the mobile app.
This should point you in the right direction. Let me know if you have any questions. I'll get them answered. Have a great day.
