Solution 1: Open the correct company file.
You'll need to make sure that you're opening the exact company file where it has the pending Accountant's Changes.
Solution 2: Save the file to a local location.
Solution 3: Use a different method when sending the Accountant's copy.
Send the Accountant’s changes in a different method by using either a thumb drive, email attachment or CD if you’re using Accountant’s Copy File Transfer service (ACFT).

none of the solutions work.
We are trying to send the changes to client, not bringing changes into the file.
all it says is "QuickBooks is unable to display the accountant's changes, please contact technical support for more help"
if the changes can't be displayed, we cannot send them, accept them or anything....

I'll also share some steps to fix the error. You can follow the first solution on how to repair your company file using the Verify and Rebuild Data tool here: Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
Once done, try using the Accountant's Copy in a test file. This is to check if the problem is caused by a damaged QuickBooks installer or possible data integrity issues.
If the process is successful, then the program is working as designed, and you have to enter the changes manually. Otherwise, do a QuickBooks Desktop clean install.
