I am getting this error code all day 3/5/2020 There’s a problem with this account connection We’re having trouble getting your bank data. Please try again later. (355)

We have an ongoing issue with the same error for Bank of America, info814.

 

If your bank provider is Bank of America, rest assured we are working to resolve this issue the soonest.

 

An update will be sent to you through E-mail. For as to you add you to the list of affected users, you'll have to reach out to one of our Phone Support agents. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon, and then Contact Us.
  2. Enter error 355 as your keyword.
  3. Hit Let's talk.
  4. You can either Message an Agent or Get a callback.
  5. Fill out the required fields.

 

If you're using a different bank, we can perform some troubleshooting steps. This helps us identify why you're getting that 355 error.

 

Let's start with manually downloading your transactions. You can do this by clicking Update from the Banking tab.

 

If the same thing persists, let's verify if your bank is having page maintenance. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the Banking menu.
  2. Select Add account, and then search for your bank.
  3. Copy the URL under your bank's name.
  4. Sign in using your bank username and password.

 

It would also help if you can provide the name of your bank. This helps me trace further if we have an investigation with it.
