When some buttons are not responding, we do some troubleshooting steps to fix it. This is to determine if the issue has something to do with the browser.
To start, let's open an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save any cache or cookies. Next, go to https://qbo.intuit.com/ and log in to your account.
Once logged on, open the transaction or report you want to print. If it works, go back to your regular browser.
Finally, you can clear the cache to refresh the browser settings. I've got this article for the instructions: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, use a different browser to check if you're able to print.
