Hi there, @jarret.

I hope you're having a beautiful day so far. Allow me to provide some information about moving your data to Sage 50.

You can export data from QuickBooks Online to Sage 50 by converting your reports and lists into excel files. The steps below will show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon and select Export Data.
  2. Choose the Reports and Lists you want to export.
  3. Click Export to Excel.

You can also reach out to Sage 50 for information about importing data into their product.

Feel free to drop a line below if you have any other questions. Enjoy the rest of your day!

@jarret

Install the trial license of QB 2020 Pro and try converting your data onto it.

Once it is converted, you may migrate to QBO.

A third party service can easily convert Sage 50 to QuickBooks which includes the conversion of all lists and transaction data. After the conversion, your QB backup file will be sent to you.

The conversion service also audits the results to ensure all financial reports such as the Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, and Balance sheets in QuickBooks exactly match the original Sage 50 data.
