Can you tell us what happens when you logging in to your company file? If you're getting a password issue, let's use the The QuickBooks Password Reset Tool to remove the existing one. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://passwordreset.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/passwordreset.
  2. Select QuickBooks for Windows, then select the version that you're using.
  3. Enter the required details needed to remove the password.

Once done, it'll ask you to create a new password before you can log back in to your company file.
