I am trying to enter my new credit card info for our account so I can do payroll and am getting the error code 81624. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Please access QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser to see if you can enter your credit card information. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

If this works, please go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This helps your browser to function well. You can also use other compatible browsers with QBO as an alternative.
