Pleased to have you here, @gpjustin294.

I'd be delighted to help you provide you with information how you can print checks in QuickBooks Online.

If you're writing a an expense check and want to print it, here's how:

  1. Click the Plus Icon.
  2. Choose Checks.
  3. Complete the check detail.
  4. Go to the Print Check button at the bottom part of the screen.
  5. In the Print Checks screen, put a check mark on the check you want to print.
  6. If you want to review or update your printing set up, click on the Print Set up.
  7. Choose how would you like your checks to be printed:
    • Voucher
    • Standard
  8. Select "Yes, I'm finished with setup".
  9. Click Preview and Print.

If you're printing a paycheck, QuickBooks Online supports three options.

You can choose either of the three options and set up your QuickBooks Online Payroll preference. For a step-by -step instructions, you may check out this article: Print Paychecks.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about printing checks. I'd be happy to help you more and answer all your inquiries. Have a good one.
