I can not get the print screen to print checks. The print and review button is not working.

We've received several reports same as yours. This is already reported to our engineers. While we're still waiting for a fix to be applied, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, we will know how much users are affected and you'll be added to the list. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.
  4. Click Get our phone number to request for a callback.
  5. Enter your information, then click Get the number.

This issue has been resolved already, Cmwinfrey.

 

All you have to do is to refresh the QuickBooks Online page by pressing F5 on your keyboard for the fix to work. Then, you can print checks without any issues.
