To best assist you, are you receiving an error when trying to upload? If you're getting an error message, can you please provide a screenshot?
Please note: the logo will need to meet these requirements:
- a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
- smaller than 10 MB
- 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
- square-shaped, since rectangles don't work
Being that your logo is 10MB, let's try to shrink that (For example, 9MB).
