I cannot access the mobile app. It says tha my account does not include access the online mobile app. Please tell me how I can get access? thanks

Welcome to the Community forum, brittnyg1908.

 

It appears that you've downloaded the other QuickBooks app instead of QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app.

 

To ensure you'd abe to access your QBSE account, make sure you download the correct app. You can install the app using the links below based on the device you're using:

Once done, access your account and make sure to log in using your QBSE login credentials when you sign up for the service.
