I cannot resolve this message: "Let's fix your Bank of America - Business Connect... connection." Each time I complete the authentication, it repeats the same error msg.

I'd be glad to help point you in the right direction regarding with connecting your account in QuickBooks Online.

 

So far, we haven't received similar issues reported. Since Community is a peer-to-peer forum, I won't be able to check your account without asking for sensitive information. It would be best reach out to our Customer Care Team.

 

All bank accounts related concern need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes. Agents have the necessary tools, like screen-sharing to get you back up and running.

Same. I've probably "fixed" the issue 15-20 times, but continue to get the "Let's fix..." message. Pretty frustrating.
