I am in St Kitts. The customer service personnel already explained that I was getting the discounted price for 6 months.
But however they could not update it from there portal and was walking me through it.
I lost connection as my browser closed accidentally.
Yes Maria, I know. Both the service tech and myself were experiencing problems doing that as I was qualified.
I had the simple start version but wanted to upgrade to the essential version.
They explained by upgrading to Easentials, I would have my data still and now can track Bill's
