I got a new phone on LG Stylo 5 plus I've installed the GoPayment app on it and everything appears to work properly except for it will not add sales tax any ideas?

To add sales tax to sales receipts in the GoPayments app, follow these instructions: 

1. Open GoPayments app and tap the Menu icon in the upper left hand side.
2. From the menu tap Settings.
3. Under payment settings, tap Sales Tax.
4. Switch sales tax On.
5. Tap Tax Rate.
6. Enter tax rate and tap OK.

This will allow sales tax to be added to your transactions.

THese must be old instructions. There is no Sales tax option in the settings.

No option o turn off or on and will not allow to select a current tax option.  I have one phone with go payment working fine but that is because i denied the last update. both phones that got the update , adding tax is inop.

The steps provided by YvetteVelarde to turn on or off the sales tax might be for the latest GoPayments interface. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can provide you the steps of the GoPayment version you have.
