For disconnected calls, the agent will call you back. However, if they'll currently on a call right now, because the system will automatically assign a call to them after every conversation, they can call you back after that.
You can also call us back instead and request to get a callback from the agent who assisted you. Or, you can let the new agent continue to assist you.
