Connecting your email to QuickBooks Desktop allows you to send transactions, reports, paystubs, and more, jhudson-buckeyea.
Aside from that, there are different factors that can trigger the emailing issues in the program. It could be:
- product updates
- firewall and security configuration
- email service setup in QuickBooks Desktop
Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating the release version of your QuickBooks and the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

- Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click the Contact Us button or the QuickBooks support hyperlink.

- Select QuickBooks Desktop as your product.
- Click the Continue as a guest button.
- Select the QuickBooks Desktop version you're using.
- Go to the first section and click the Search for something else button.
- Enter the details and click Search.
- Go to the second section and select from the available options to reach them.
- Enter the necessary details to complete the request.
