I have encountered an OL209 error when attempting to download transactions from my bank. How can I resolve this error?

The description of error OL209 onscreen indicates the problem is "unable to read a response.  The response may not have been returned or there may have been inadequate disk space or a disk error when saving the response to a temporary file."

I have checked my disk space (150GB available) and no disk errors in place.  Not sure how to clear the error and support information available is limited with no suggested resolution.
